zucchini

Today while wandering the community gardens I met the sweetest lady.
I was there because I wanted to take her picture and at first she was a little hesitant, but she agreed.
And then she didn't want to give me her name for the paper either, but she did that too!
Then she also gave me a massive zucchini, three different kinds of lettuce, swiss chard, potatoes, and a whole ton of peas.
So this pretty much made my day! Then she also told me that she was happy that I had wandered over because she liked being able to share! So cute!
Also tonight I am meeting up with Elysia, a friend of mine from highschool. She is in Lloydminster for the weekend. Although this is not the place that most people would pick for a long weekend, I appreciate the company! We are going to get dinner in a little while. It will be nice to catch up on the last five year!
