another one

After a little encouragement from some co-workers and against my better judgement. I picked up another tv series.
This one is called Dexter.
Dexter is a blood splatter specialist who works for the Miami Police, he spends some of his off time hunting, confirming the facts of the subjects crimes, then the killing and disposal of someone who kills or hurts the innocent.
I am so far really enjoying the series, but the reason that I said against my better judgement was because it scares me. Even more than CSI scares me.
When I lived in Calgary, Erica and I would watch CSI together. And sometimes while we were watching Dan would call and Erica would go and talk to Dan for a little while. I would still watch while she was talking so that I could catch her up when she came back. But if it got too scary I would watch it on mute and just read the subtitles.
I have done that on Dexter. Sometimes it feels like the silence is scarier than the music they write.
