sick

This has generally been a pretty good cold and flu season for me.
But even still I am sick again. The last time I felt this terrible was in October. I think I can deal with a cold every four or five months.
The thing that I hate the most about being sick is the desire to sleep, but then every time you lay down. You can't sleep anyways because something always goes wrong. You have to cough, you have to blow your nose, you have to pee again because of the liters of tea and ginger-ale that you have consumed.
Not too much you can do about it.
Aside from the sick, not a whole lot is going on.
This coming weekend is Valentines day and I intend to continue the "heart-shaped pizza" tradition at Boston Pizza. Their have only been a few years that I have missed it. And ironically it was due to illness. But since I believe that I am getting better not worse, I will most likely be there. And I will have to wish Shaina a "Happy Birthday" on Valentines as well.
This will also be my first Valentines in a relationship. But I don't really think anything will change.
And then in a couple of weekends I will get to go home. This is probably going to sound really bad..but it always excites me when I go home, because I know I am going to get to do my laundry for free!
I also am excited to see my family! And Amy and Gerrit will be there too! So that will be nice! It will be short. But really, what can you do! Nothing, just make the best of what you have!
