something new
For the purpose of Erica, as well as any other loyal readers here is something new.
Something new is hard to do when it feels like nothing has changed in my life since I moved to Lloyd.
Right now I am looking for a new roommate, so if that goes well that will be new.
And my dad bought me a stand for tv. So when I get that that will be new as well. And when they bring that to me they will bring my freezer too. So that will be new and cute. It's cute in that it's not a huge freezer.
But other than that, not a whole heck of a lot is going on. At least nothing I can tell you right now.
So anyways this week, Jeremy a classmate of mine from SAIT is coming to stay with me. He actually worked this job before me, so he is coming to visit old friends and just hang out in Lloyd. It will just be for a couple of days. But it should be fun.
And then I am also trying to find a good time for Gerrit and Amy to come and visit me. I keep telling Gerrit that the golf up here is supposed to be really good.
And while we are on the subject of visiting, if you feel like making a trip to Lloydminster, I will gladly take you in!
Another plan for my summer is a trip to Saskatoon. I have never been there before, so it should be exciting.
I am going to meet Lisa B, who I met through Amy, and we are going to do some fashion photography, she is a designer and I am a photographer, and we are going to go to the Fringe Festival - I believe that's what it's called, and we are going to go to the beach and starbucks!
I am really excited for that trip, it's not that I don't enjoy going home or something like that, it will just be nice to go somewhere for a semi-vacation.
I was going to take a quick trip to Calgary for the stampede. But decided against it. It would have been so busy. And such a long day for short time.
Anyways, I think that is all the new for now.
