retail therapy - the sequel
So after I few bad days I needed to do a little bit of shopping. Purchased off Amazon, so I am still waiting for them to arrive. But I got two fish with one stone. I am excited for things I bought and I love getting mail! Wonderful!

the mel b video is my favorite purchase that you made, hands down.
Mel B (also known as scary spice) made a workout video all about working out with household items. Like brooms and soup cans.

heeeey! how is that mel b dvd? i saw her doing part of it with regis & kelly one morning hahah. and GOOD WORK on calamity jane!!! you must bring it with you when you come visit, i have been aching to watch it again for like 4 years! i just had some "retail therapy" of my own the other day..tooootally splurged on a cute little reed diffuser from superstore. oooh superstore..i love you.
