last weeks events

I have been waiting to post this blog for about a week now, because I told Dan I would wait and he told the police that he would wait.
So first of all I would like to say that these photos are courtesy of Dan and Newcap
So last week Dan and I were having dinner at Taco Del Mar, which I love minus the cilantro. But it's when we decided it was time to go that everything went horribly wrong. As we were leaving we ended up sandwiching a police drug bust. So in order of vehicles is was Dan, police, drug lords, and then me. So as you can see in the photos, the police rifles were also pointed and my little green car.






The whole ordeal scared the crap out of me and I had no idea what I was supposed to do! When the police were yelling "put up your hands" I wondered if I was supposed to do that too!
All this said, I made it out of their safely!
So that was last week. This weekend (or my weekend) I am in Lethbridge. Today I was at the dentist and the chiropractor. And tomorrow I have to go back to the dentist to have them fix my tooth that chipped off and then to the doctor. I also managed to find some time to go shopping today. I was in need of some jeans, so I bought those. I also need to buy some shirts, but I had a harder time with that one. But tomorrow is another day, but my face will be numb for part of it. So I probably wont feel like doing quite as much.
So after my excursions today I came home and made a lemon meringue pie. Which I will probably have a slice of in about fifteen minutes. I love lemon meringue! It's easily my favourite kind of pie!
